Post officers are generally nice there. but the post master or whoever charge in that location is a bully. Take my advice. Please do not talk to the post master. If officers can't handle issues by themselves, looking for the supervisor, just get the hell out of there., Never use usps office service ever again. USPS will lose customers if they keep people like him. because I am sure I am never going to use the usps, particually, Taylor TX post office.
I dislike their hours but it's not their fault. The lines are typically long but the customer service is almost always great. They don't have stamp machines so you do have to wait in line for a single stamp.

Horrible place. Please don't go there unless you absolutely have to. Even then, you will feel very bad becasue of their terrible service. They will never admit that they lost your package and mail. but kick you out with verbal harassment. Whoever is in charge of the location, he needs to know what's going on his office. but maybe he is the one makes that location miserable. Very inefficient peole work there. I am not going to use usps service by all means. Rather pay more for better service.
One employee in particular made this place the most unprofessional business I have ever gone to. And seemed like it's a usual. Never going back here unless it's to complain personally, Avoid this place if you can
