Took my kids to go see the new Spider-Man and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised but how this theater was and such a small town. What a great asset to Taylor Texas. The downstairs theater is a modern theater and great for watching whatever movie you choose. The upstairs theater is more retro more old-school with a stage and all it would be great for watching classic films. Not so much new movies. FYI

Alamo Drafthouse used to be my favorite theater until I found the Howard. True peice of history. One of kind and you can't beat the price and service

Great local movie theatre. Friendly staff. A little warm inside, but overall a good experience. Sure beats the 20 to 30 minute drive to Pflugerville and Round Rock. Some of it looks a little run down, but the seating is fairly new and comfortable.

Really a good place to take your family if your in to a classic movie experience I give the Howard movie theater 5 stars

Usually we go here since it's so convenient. I got off work got the kids and dinner and rushed there to make the 630 showing. We showed up at 643 and were told since it has been 30 minutes we couldn't purchase tickets. I am not happy because it hadn't even been 30

minutes. Try telling two kids they can't go in the movie and to come back at 930. Like I'm really going to drag them out at 930? Kind of a disappointment since it was supposed to be a treat for the kids being good all week.
