The counter help at this cleaners are very nice and do a good job. The servcie and communication from the owner is horrible. I have never had a more unprofessional encounter at a business. The owner is prone to be emotional and unresponsive. Her problem solving skills are some of the worst I have seen. The clothes are frequently several days late. The plant the cleaners used has burned down. So far, none of the burned clothes have been reimbursed. I will be using the other cleaners in town.
I have been taking my work uniforms here for years, and the staff is fantastic. They're also very nice to my dogs when we walk over for pick up or drop off. Always have treats ready for them. Thank you.
The last straw was getting a shirt back that was stained. My wife returned the shirt back to the cleaners only to have the lady at the counter be rude and unprofessional. We had our receipt from when we paid, but the shirt had already had the tag removed (if it was ever there to begin with) She said that they would "try" to clean it, but if not, too bad.
Love the night drop capability, and the drive up/drive thru service during regular hours. Convenient location for me too. Always polite and courteous staff.
Once my wife returned to pick up the shirt, the same lady at the counter was extremely rude about it. At one point even told my wife that she "wasn't all there" She reluctantly gave her the owner's phone number but said she was "not allowed" to call today.
Night drop capability is very nice. I read these old and very dated negative reviews and scratch my head. I've had nothing but courteous and professional service at this location.
I will never take my business back to this place. I can understand that mistakes can happen, but to be rude and unprofessional and call names to the customers will not be tolerated.
This is one of the worst cleaners that I have ever had to deal with. I have used them several times and each time my shirts come back wrinkled.
There are other cleaners in Taylor that should be used instead of this place.
