Dr. Mueller is by far the most condescending doctor there is. She shows zero sympathy and doesn't treat. Don't go because while the other docs are good, she's heartless and you are worth more than her attitude. Seton is 15 minutes on Chandler and much better
After suffering for 20min of freezing, the 2nd nurse came in and noticed I was shaking from chills and reached in the cabinet to retrieve some blankets and even gave me warmed sheets.
Now that they are Scott & White our visits have always been pleasant. From the front desk, nurses, staff and dr's.
I went to this Hospital last night and had the worst experience of my life. I left in tears. I will never go back to this hospital and I will never refer anyone. I seen Dr. Tobleman he was so rude he walked in looked at me for less then a minute and said I'm sorry we can't help you and walked away. I had to go there because I have a abscess in my mouth and had already been on penicillin for a week my primary Dr told me to go to the hospital.
Got in quickly. Dr. Mueller was quick to diagnois health issue and helpful.
First nurse I encountered was off in ten minutes and when I asked for a blanket due to chills she advised me there were none nearby as the only blankets avail were located in another area of the ER far away.
