I visited a doctor at Scott & White clinic recently for the rash around my neck. The doctor only spent 2 minutes with me and basically did nothing. I am already unhappy about my visit.
Today I received my bill from them and they charged two items for that 2 minutes visit - one for physician fee and one for hospital/facility fee. What the heck of hospital/facility fee? I didn't use their hospital and I didn't use any of their facility. For a normal doctor visit, all I need to pay is co-pay, nothing esle. I called them and they told me they always claim two charges. The experience with them is so bad.
Everyone in my family has been seen and treated exceptionally well by several doctors and PAs. Fantastic care and always timely.
