After driving the truck for a day, I noticed an issue. I took it back to them and they immediately took a look, diagnosed and rectified the issue. The issue was actually a part that was damaged during installation, which is not ideal, but they took the time to bring me out to the shop and show me what had happened. They took responsibility for and fixed the issue, no questions asked and had me back on the road the same day.
You can't ask for anything better than an honest person or business. I would recommend them for any automotive needs.
I would not recommend this automotive shop. These people are not here for the consumer at all! I do not understand why the clerk would let me pay for my $629 vehicle service before my car was even touched. Some would say its a consumers fault for allowing payment, but the auto shop clerk should've been looking out for a consumer and mentioned, "we have not gotten around to your car yet, we will accept payment once it is complete & ready to go." There were multiple things wrong with my visit from lack of communication to unprofessional conduct. The technician did not want to hear me out and mediate my issues and immediately opted for "do you want a refund?" I would like the situation mediated, not back out and waste more time finding someone in town that will do a better job. I have taken my care here before and they did a great job (I even mentioned this to them twice!), this is disappointing, never again! I went back and got a refund (the idea came from the technician :) My voided transaction was still pulled from my account and I'm just waiting on it to process back into my bank account, infuriating. I could go on and add more detail, but whats the point?

Took my truck in to have it serviced under an extended warranty. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to look at the truck the next morning and installed the parts right away.
