The people at the Enterprise in Taylor were so friendly and helpful. My old car unexpectedly bit the dust and I needed a budget-friendly car for a week while I looked for a replacement. Brent worked with me to get the best price possible and everything was taken care of quickly, stress-free.
Since writing this message four months ago, we have rented almost every weekend and the experience just keeps getting better. Rate them at 5 stars+.
The car was great and the fella who took care of me was as well. The reason for such the low rating is the manager she is very rude very condescending does not care to try to solve any problems or trouble shoot. If it wasn’t for Dustin I wouldn’t of got the car. The manager is more worried about letting everyone know she is the manager instead of here job. This store being locally owned I would of thought better service would of been available. So if you go to this store and the lady from the side office gets up to help might as well just go somewhere else.
My family and I will never use enterprise again because of this location. My dad has been a customer for years with them. He showed up this last time and they asked him for a utility bill, which they have never asked for before the countless times he has gone there. Well they wouldn't rent to him. And someone had dropped him off. He was 20 minutes from home and asked them to give him a ride because that's what there known for, and they said no. My dad had to walk home. Terrible service and rude inconsiderate people. The people behind us even said "Wow, I can't believe you guys".
Rented twice so far and will be several more times as we settle into our move here from Arizona. Great folks to work with. Very customer oriented.
